About Emelia 

A bit about me.


I am a 28-year-old self-taught baker. The passion started in my mom's kitchen and has continued to grow in every other kitchen since - from Minneapolis to New York City and now, San Francisco. I've worked in bakeries, cater events for brands including Lululemon, and assist with editorial food projects for CPG companies.


I use seasonal and locally-sourced ingredients to bake up cookies, cakes and pies. Above all, I keep it simple and make it sweet.
